Proposed workflow

  1. Admin configures the Checklist Master.
  2. Admin configures Mid-Year Review start and end dates.
  3. State user opens the Mid-Year Review dashboard.
  4. User selects the relevant checklist and completes responses.
  5. User saves a draft or submits the completed checklist.
  6. Admin, Reviewer and Approver monitor exercise-wise progress.

Dashboard indicators

Total States and UTs, total checklists, draft count, submitted count and overall completion percentage, supported by State-wise answered, pending, Yes, No, NA1 and NA2 counts.

No approval or clarification workflow is included in the draft Mid-Year Review requirement. The module remains independent of BRAP evidence submission.
